These terms apply to your use of the Brown Box Kit 3D Kitchen Planner at planner.brownboxkit.co.nz. By using the planner, you agree to these terms.

About the planner

The 3D Kitchen Planner is a design tool to help you plan a kitchen layout using Brown Box Kit products. It is provided as a guide only. Dimensions, product availability, and pricing are subject to change.

Your account

You sign in using Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We may suspend access if the service is misused.

Designs and projects

Designs you save belong to you. We store them securely on your behalf. If you share a project using a share link, anyone with that link can view it in read-only mode.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Prices displayed in the planner are indicative and subject to confirmation at checkout.

Orders

Orders placed through the planner are subject to Brown Box Kit's standard purchase terms. Your rights as a consumer are protected under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

Limitation of liability

The planner is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of goods ordered.
